Pitch Brokerage

Traditional Practice Brokers
(How we Compare!)
Dental Pitch Brokerage
Traditional Practice Brokers
Brings 55+ buyers ready to buy
Typically needs to recruit buyers
Connects you directly with buyers. Breaking down the buyer/broker wall.
Typically acts as a go-between, many times even keeping buyers’ identities hidden
Solicits offers from multiple buyers, including private practice dentists, DSOs, private investors, and private equity firms, in an open and transparent process designed to let each buyer know that other interested buyers are looking at your practice.
Typically recruits buyers one at a time, removing much of the competitive landscape.
Process is designed to speed up the sale process by collecting multiple offers at once and allowing you to choose the ideal buyer from the beginning.
Can end up taking much longer, as each potential buyer could take weeks or months to evaluate one at a time.
We have 2 full time attorneys on staff that work for you at no charge. We also work with Dykema Law Firm who provides sell-side legal services to you at no upfront cost unless an LOI (Letter of Intent) is signed.
Require you to invest thousands of dollars in legal fees before you know if your practice will sell.
We prioritize personalized attention, transparency, and efficiency every step of the way.
Typically operate based on traditional processes and formulas that often leave practice owners feeling like just a number.
Our team consists of industry experts who not only understand the intricacies of the dental market but also value the emotional and financial investment each practice represents.
Typically staffed with sales people with little experience in the dental industry. Can often feel cold and transactional.
We harness cutting-edge technology and strategic marketing techniques to showcase your practice in its best light, ensuring maximum visibility and attracting qualified buyers.
Often move slow and stale, presenting your practice as a collection of spreadsheets rather than presenting what makes your practice uniquely valuable to the most motivated buyers.
We help you create a plan to help you successfully transition your practice to the buyers and yourself into post-sale life.
Traditional brokers are typically transactional in nature, focusing on completing the sale, rather than preparing you and the business for success post-sale.
In a short timeline, you could be…
…enjoying post-clinical life, or
…continuing to practice after cashing in some or all of your equity

Our proprietary sales process operates in four simple phases.
First, we work with you to evaluate and present your practice in the best light possible to maximize your practice valuation. Our dental industry experts know exactly what sellers are looking for and work with you to identify the most attractive parts of your practice to maximize the value buyers will assign to it.
Second, we work with you to prepare a sales “pitch” for your practice. The “pitch” will be a simple but complete presentation that shows our group of private practice dentists, DSOs, private investors, and private equity firms what’s so special about your practice and why they should want to buy it.
Third, we offer you the option (not required) to pitch your practice to our group of buyers at one of our in-person dental conference events that our buyers attend looking for practices like yours to buy. Space is limited at each event, typically limited to 15 practice pitches, to maximize the attention given to your practice.
Fourth, we guide you through negotiating and closing a deal with a buyer should you ultimately decide to sell. You’re always in control.
Dental Pitch Brokerage also has 2 attorneys on staff to work on your behalf and you are never charged for our in-house legal services. Dykema Law firm is also available (but not required) to provide sell-side legal services for you and Dykema Law firm will only charge you for their services if a Letter of Intent is signed between you and a Buyer.
