With over seven years of experience as a dedicated consultant to more than 750 independent dental practices, I’ve spent my career helping dentists drill down on what really matters—boosting EBITDA, streamlining office operations, and delivering meaningful education to elevate their businesses. (Yes, I’ve heard all the tooth puns. No, I’m not sorry for using one.)

Before consulting, I proudly served in the United States Air Force, where I was honored to receive both Honor Graduate and Distinguished Graduate—an achievement awarded to fewer than 1% in the history of the USAF. My service took me across Texas, Utah, Las Vegas, Iraq, and South Korea, shaping the discipline and adaptability I bring to every project today.

At home, I’m a husband of 13 years to my amazing wife, Ginny, and a proud dad to our daughter Irie and son Oakes. Outside the office, our family made headlines when my marriage proposal went viral—earning us spots on Ellen, Good Morning America, Today, Ricki Lake, and more. It became the most viewed marriage proposal in the world (we’re still waiting on the movie deal).
